Tabata is a type of interval training that helps you gain the most benefits from one exercise in a short amount of time. 

You complete 8 rounds of one strenuous exercise in 20s intervals with a 10s rest in between, then move onto the next exercise. 

You complete 8 exercises in total which amounts to around a good 45 min session which is guaranteed to build up a good sweat!
